I am struggling with some anger right now. I've periodically struggled with 'general' anger throughout my life. Since I've been on Zoloft, it is usually very specific to a person or persons and right now I am struggling. My inner conversations of reprimand often do little. And while I am praying I am afraid I am holding back.

Since you asked, we are travelling home this Friday for Thanksgiving week. This our first holiday without my Mother-in-Law (she passed away from cancer Aug 26th, the day after their 55th Wedding Anniversary) and it's going to be tough. I can't help but compare it to this time last year when we were so excited to be going home for the holiday. Thanksgiving ushers in the Christmas Season and my MIL loved Christmas so very much! Thanks for your intercession!
